How do you determine whether a roof needs replacement or repair?
We conduct a comprehensive property evaluation that reviews the roof’s age, system type, existing layers, drainage performance, storm history, and current deficiencies. We also evaluate long-term ownership goals and budget planning.
In many cases, a strategic repair or roof coating can extend the life of the system and delay capital replacement. If replacement is the smarter long term investment, we provide detailed documentation explaining why. Our recommendations are driven by data, not sales targets.
Do you assist with insurance claims after storm damage?
Yes. We document hail damage, wind damage, and other storm related issues in detail and assist property owners throughout the commercial insurance claims process when legitimate damage is present.
Our team meets adjusters on site, prepares full scope estimates, and supplements where necessary to ensure the property is restored to pre-storm condition and brought up to current building codes when applicable.
What is included in a commercial roof maintenance program?
Our service & maintenance agreements begin by bringing your roof up to Atlas standards. This may include cleaning debris, sealing penetrations, addressing flashing deficiencies, and correcting drainage concerns.
Ongoing maintenance visits can be scheduled quarterly, biannually, or annually depending on the property. Each visit includes photo documentation, deficiency reporting, and storm tracking updates. The goal is to extend roof life and reduce emergency repair calls.
